NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MEMBERSHIP POLICIES:

Annual Membership dues will become payable the last day of the calendar month the member was accepted for membership.

One (1) invoice will be sent no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the due date. Membership shall be automatically suspended for thirty (30) days, if annual dues are not paid by the due date. During the thirty (30) day period of suspension, the member's playing privileges and voting rights shall be suspended. The member may redeem their membership by paying in full the past due fees plus a late penalty equal to five percent (5%) of the past due fee.

Following the thirty (30) day period of suspension if the member's membership fees still remain unpaid, the membership shall be terminated.

Monthly Membership Fees will be debited from the member(s) account on the last business day of every calendar month. Member(s) acknowledge that in addition to the execution of the Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment (ACH Debits) member(s) have tendered an initial payment of the amount representing dues for first and last months of member(s) twelve (12) month membership contract. Member(s) who wish to cancel their Membership at the time of anniversary date must send in written notice in the form of a letter or email. This notice needs to be received in a timely manner to cancel the payment of renewal. If the cancellation notice is received after the first payment is withdrawn, the member will be charged a service fee.
