Valley View Golf Club's clubhouse was just one east to west wing when it was built in 1963. Approximately 1500 square feet it held the main meeting area and the restauraunt lounge. The golf Shop was a seperate building on the lower side of the clubhouse.

In the Early 1970's it was apparent that the clubhouse had to expand with an increase in membership to 600. The board of directors decided to add the wing that is picured below. This wing was two story and approximately 2000 additional square feet. This enabled the clubhouse to host major galas with up to 300 guests in attendance.

In 1997 a remodel was done which gutted the structure down to the studs and rearranged some rooms to afford a better view of the course for the lounge patrons as well as a better flow for the golfer coming out to play.
