If you are a current member using the monthly payment plan, we want to reiterate how important it is to do the following:

If you have a change of bank account, please inform the proshop as soon as the change has occurred, so we can make the adjustment to your account before your next withdrawal.

If you would like to cancel your monthly withdrawal at the time of your anniversary date, please send in a written notice. This can be a letter sent to the Pro Shop or even an email. (secretary@valleyviewgolfclub.org) This needs to be received immediately after you get your notice of renewal. If we do not get this before the next scheduled withdrawal your membership fee will automatically be taken out of your account.

If you cancel after the first payment is withdrawn and would like a refund, you will be charged a fee of $6.00
